Promises broken, money taken

I placed an order on the 13/9/2018 for something to be made, I then paid in full for this product. Initially it was supposed to be made within about 5 days. To date, after numerous follow ups by myself, Rudi Weitsz has not fulfilled his obligations. (31/10/2018) Rudi Weitsz does not appear to answer phone calls. He only replies to Whats App messages when you appear to threaten exposure.
