Terrible customer service, ran off without finishing the job

Put in an insurance claim for a gate that was struck by lightning after getting a quote from R & D Construction, Riaan van Heerden, of Valhalla, Centurion. They came to install the parts, but never replaced the battery and also messed up some of the wiring on the one gate motor, so the gate wasn't working. Then came with a story that they were sending the board for testing at the supplier, but just never returned and after being exposed on Facebook resorted to swearing and threatening. It eventually cost me another R750 to get someone else to come fix what they had actually broken. Terrible service, will never recommend them to anyone.
