R & B YARD ART SOLUTIONS

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I had the most awefull experience with R & B YARD ART SOLUTIONS. </p> <p> </p> <p>I had them to redo and design my whole garden as well as to built me a stoep. They told me that this will take about 2 to 3 weeks to complete. They started sending me invoices and said I must pay 50 % of the invoices. After that they have started, not yet finished they asked for the other 50%. So I paid them (how stupid of me). Everyday I got promises and just sweet talks about this they need to do and that they need to do etc. </p> <p> </p> <p>On one point when they were almost finished, I started realise how much mistakes they have made.</p> <p> </p> <p>for example:</p> <p>1. The roof of the stoep were leaking</p> <p>2. The sealing wasnt fitted professionally</p> <p>3. The electrical work is a mess. </p> <p>4. The lights they have put in the garden was done so badly, that when you switch it on, it tripped the main switch of my house</p> <p>5. My chandelier on my stoep is suppose to work with a dimmer switch, which is also not working</p> <p>6. They build a new wall for me between my and my neighbour, which was done so badly, they had to redo it.</p> <p>7. The waterfuture they have installed for me, when I filled it with water, it looked like you filled a box. The whole thing teared apart.</p> <p> </p> <p>This whole process and alterations were over R70 000. I phoned them numerous times, I sent them messages, and I had no respond. They still have one of my waterfuture pumps, and my gate remote.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just got an electrician to come and fixed all the eletrical worked. I had to repay for all the electrical work, the lights, and waterfuture.</p> <p> </p> <p>The worst part is, I paid so much money and I had only 5 roses in my garden to show what they have planted.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to warn everyone about this company, because if they can ***** my money and time they can do it to anybody.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
