Poor workmanship

In October 2024 my mechanic Mr. Bila took my car in for alignment of the bonnet and respraying of the entire car. I spoke to Riechan Huyser who told me that the total cost was R16 000. I paid a deposit of R9000. 2 weeks later he informed me that the car was ready for collection and I deposited R7000 then my mechanic (Mr. Bila) went to fetch the car. Upon arrival he was not happy at all and they had a huge argument because the car was exactly as it was when it was brought in except that he polished the front only. He claimed that he bought parts from Audi and also paint for the front of the car but there was no invoice to prove that. He denied that he agreed to respray the entire car. The alignment of the bonnet was not done and the scratches on it were still visible. All I want is my money back so that I can take my car somewhere else.
