Dissatisfied client

I took my Audi A4 in on 16 October 2024 for re- spraying of the whole car and re-alignment of the whole front. I spoke to Mr Riechan Huyser who informed me that the total cost will be R16000 and I paid a deposit of R9000. On 02/11/2024. I paid the balance of R7000 so that he could release the car. However the job done on the car was sub- standard and unacceptable since the alignment of the front wasn't done, the front was painted with a colour that doesn't match the whole car and scratches from the sun paper are visible on the bonnet. He is refusing to take responsibility and denies that he agreed to paint the whole car and cannot give a full account of the work he has done for R16000. All I want is my money back.
