B & B Aluminum quality and service is very bad👎

I bought an aluminum door with sidelight from Buildrite which was manufactured by B & B Aluminum. The was found to be defective which was confirmed by Buildrite employees.

B & B Aluminum promised to sort the door out but I'm still waiting for them almost 3 weeks later although they daily promise to come out and sort out the defect on the door.
