Afristay & R and A Leisure Bush poor service

On 18 December 2020 I made a booking through Afristay for a 6 night stay at R ana A Leisure Bush in Warmbaths for two families to the value of R16 100. The one family checked in on the 29th and to their disappointment, they found the Lodge totally different from what we saw on Afristay when we made the booking. The pictures misled us completely. The poor family had to check out the next morning. When we wanted our refund, we were told that we can only be refunded 25% of what we had paid.
