Qwili App is a ****!!! Try them on your own risk!!!

I’m a customer who just made payment on qwili and their agent is the middle man which I can’t get hold off. It’s been hours tryng to get hold of her, i then contacted qwili telling them I made payment and need my wifi activated and I can’t seem to find her, they told me there’s nothing they can do I must on their agent who’s not available on her phone for hours I even showed them proof of payment and still they don’t me they can’t help me while they received my payment and told me I have to wait on their agent until she’s available
