Furious Qwili App Customer

I have placed a order 2 weeks ago the delivery was supposed to take place last week on Tuesday which never happened, the wattsapp team from the business assured me that the delivery was going to happen the Friday, which never happened.I logged a refund request and I am being told for the last 3 days that they are waiting from the delivery team to process the refund.I am not happy at all and I want my money back, the service is pathetic.I would never recommend this app to anyone is so disappointed by the poor service.
