R250 unauthorised debit order

Yoh I don't even know where to begin. However this company has debited R250 without my authorisation, they sent me emails regarding a loan and I did not respond to any one of them, I don't even know what R250 they debited from my account is for as they rendered no services to me , I didn't even request for their services. That was literally my last R250 , I am unemployed and I was going to use the money to get bread and stuff, now I can even do that . @QweikFinLoans may I please have my money paid back into my account, this honestly feels like a **** and it's sad cause it seems you are Targeting the financialy struggling human beings. Please pay my money back, I've sent emails but no response, I tried cancelling and reversing the debit but I can't even do that
