Qwantani offers the public a 20KM dirt road. in the process of traveling the dirt road my rim was damaged and my engine mountings was damaged. they offered to take my rim into town to fix it with no guarantee my rim will be fixed in time for me to leave. leaving me with no choice of how I am supposed to get home and how I am going to get my car out of the resort. they borrowed me a compressor for the day. while I was waiting for my rim I got a call about a funeral. if I am in shock that someone close to me have passed on the last thing on my mind is to phone the resort and notify them because I am stressed out of how I am going to make it since my rim is being repaired.

it cost me R8000 to fix my rim and it is costing me R8500 for my engine mounting the staff at Qwantani has no remorse and sympathy for someone who is in pain after losing someone close to them they take it as a joke. And called us ***** for attending the Funeral that we had no control over.

when I got back and explained the situation to the manager he said we are lying and we planed it the hole time and because of my situation I was late to check out he said I must pay a late check out fee of R1000 per hour
