Not the BEST

Housekeeping is not up to standard. The unit needs attention. We reported that a basin plug was missing and still waiting for it. The only plus was the boat ride. At the shop we got a few things paid and the lady said we forgot our milk. I told her its not our milk... and on our way out we realised that she added the next customer's milk to our items. The lady didn't even say a word after realising what happened, just kept quite.Only after the query did she apologise. She was not planning to give the money back, it was only us and a other lady in the shop . The tar road leading to the resort is in a terrible state. Took almost an hour to get from the dirt road (which is much better) to the the resort. Potholes reign supreme on the road. Some sections was filled up in the beginning but the rest of the road was left as is. Qwantani says its the responsibility of Sterkfontein Nature Reserve to maintain it, but we say its Qwantani and First Resorts responsibility because its their guests that uses it. We feel that Qwantani doesn't care enough for their guests and seriously need to improve certain aspects on the resort. The morning tea do not waist you time to attend.
