I had booked for a womans event, made a deposit... Needed to cancel. It took almost a month to get any feedback in which I had called 3 times with reception giving me one story after another. I was advised to send an email myself to finance after reception had told he had notified the- Even after sending finance the Pop etc... I had to send an email with no response, I resorted to sending a mail to every available mail address threatening this review...I was called same day & told my refund would be processed same day. The lady on the phone said she wanted to speak further but I was on my way out... She said she would call later. She still hasn't maybe cause she thought the refund would subdue this review. Qurtuba staff and service is poor.
