“Shut your face”

I’ve never experienced such bad customer service @QuirkyParties . My gran is currently trying to return THEIR item we have rented,so that we can get our deposit back. Naturally we arrive at the opening time stipulated online, 10:00 ,but the women refuses to come out of her house until 10:30 ?? I’m sorry but it’s absolutely disgusting. They’re not answering their phone calls and our only form of communication is through their domestic help? What kind of a business are you running ? So unprofessional and definitely not how you treat a customer ! I would never ever recommend anyone to use their services. Update: He arrived, rolled down his window, and told us “what’s our problem” and “shut your face” after I told him this is so unprofessional. Furthermore his wife didn’t come out because she was in her pajamas ??
