Juffrou Lief Good afternoon everyone. This review/post comes from a place of severe disappointment. I am a Head of Department at a school and ordered from Juffrou Lief with great excitement. I further referred almost all the staff in my department to Juffrou Lief after I ordered. A total of R1400 was spent on an order and to date I have not received my order since the 7 April. I have asked kindly and queried my order and I still do not have my stamps or my money back as I requested. Juffrou Lief is rude and the customer service that I received was appalling due to her lack of interpersonal communication skills or knowledge in customer satisfaction. If I hadn't known any better, I would say that I've been ****med out of my money. So now, since I have no stamps or a refund, my only other alternative is to prevent this from happening to any other teachers, HOD's or schools. Juffrou Lief is an immense waste of money and there are many other suppliers who have provided outstanding service to teachers in need of stamps.
