Be careful of Quinzelle Pretorius and her stamp deals

Very dissatisfied..I paid and ordered a stamp for school from her in September and still haven't received it. I remind her daily, every day it is a new promise for next day or that she spoke to couriers and it is on it's way...but to no avail. Every time I remind her I haven't received it she promises if I haven't received it by next date she will refund me...just to get more excuses to please give her one more day to track package.
