Quinton the not so pool installer

Quinton Van Jaarsveld runs this company, building, pool installation, metal fabrication. "A Jack of all trades" Over the phone he has a nice affable manner, eager to please. Or so he appears. He was to install a Fibre glass splash pool. On meeting Quinton he is nice, and very friendly. Once the work began, I could see he was rather opinionated and had very poor planning and much of the job he was flying by the seat of his pants. By his own admission he couldn't fathom out how to join the piping to and away from the filter. 45 angle join or a 90 degree. Hit and miss. Instead of drawing it out and planning the pipe work it was joins and joins pipes criss crossing a real hash. His worker cut the electrical cable, whilst this was not his fault. Quinton instructed the worker to Patch it Up. Yes Boer Maak A Plan.. What a hash. My electricity tripped continuously. Now for the big one. Quinton takes the carpets from his vehicle and lays them on the floor next to the DB board. He is connecting the wiring. Big Hash up. Everything is a stuff up. The transformer for the light blew. The smell was pungent. Oh no it wasn't him so he says. Now I call an electrician. Boy oh boy the transformer is baked. The pool light is blown plus I have the electrical fee now. Quinton has cut me off from all communication. He needs to refund me for the transformer, the light and now pay the electrical bill. He is running. Please Please do not use this guy. He hires really nice Zimbabweans they look to him for their money and a future of more jobs. However the workmanship is shoddy. Not even a week after completion the cement is all cracking. Quinton thinks it's a joke. He comes from Ptermaritzburg. He installs Rototank pools. Please be warned. He is useless. How does a female start a job then ask him to stop. Who would have taken on the completion?
