Rodney very rude and threatning
Was awesome service till the branch manager Rodney started threathning me. Yes payment was delayed i was ill in hospital but made the payment. Threathen to contact work etc i will never recommend them to anyone. RUDE AND RUTHLESS

You signed a contract and authorized a debi check, mandating us to collect payment from your account. Then you change your banking details at your employer. Leaving us unable to collect the money from your account. We gave you the opportunity to make a formal arrangement as we understand life happens. You chose not to make the arrangement. You then make promises to repay your facility and do not keep to that promise. When you eventually do pay us, you short pay us. Yet we are wrong? We have written the balance off and this matter is now settled. If the roles were reversed, would you accept it? We did not leave a google review on your employer google account as claimed nor did we divulge any information about you. You are not honest, and you do not give all the facts.
