Quinn Attorneys Inc bad experience

Worst experience as a first time buyer. I was told that the house will be transferred within 6-8weeks and if there are delays I will be notified, delays took 7months and the only feedback I got was “Await the same”. When I notified Buhle that I would like to put the Sellers under terms and thereafter cancel, I was told for the first in 7months of waiting that “remember this is a deceased estate and please be aware that if you do cancel this transaction not only will you be liable for our wasted costs but also agents commission and any compensation this cancellation will cost the seller.” Innocentia was the tasteless cherry on top, she called me and spoke with arrogance that if I cancel I will pay the offer of purchase as well as their clients’ legal fees had I signed the offer and it’s binding me to the seller.

I had to get my attorneys to represent me and I got my money back.
