Be cautious when doing business with Quin Automotive

I was referred to Quin Automotive by a friend who was happy with their service (Their motor vehicle service centre) and after my first experience with them, so was I with the exception of my new brake pads that were screaming and which they tried to correct on three occassions without success! I later took my car in to repair the aircon pump and after 5 days without a word from them and endless unanswered phone calls, I went and fetched my car without the repair having been done. The staff are very friendly and told me they had ordered the part which never pitched up and in the mean time, Quin Automotive seems to have gone bankrupt. I told my car elsewhere to repair and to my amazement, the guy showed me that my car was missing the aircon pump! It would be good if the owner or ex owner of this place called Quin Automotive would replace my aircon pump instead of just running away.
