Quik Grow installed a brand new irrigation system costing over R60 000. We have been having issues with it on a regular basis. Quik Grow is happy to charge nearly R600 call out fee but are not interested in looking for or fixing the cause of problems. On Friday they were called out because the pump was over-heating and would not stop pumping, they backwashed the pump. On Saturday the entire system was dead. Today (Tuesday) they came back and found the power had tripped on the DB board. No investigation as to what caused the power to trip was done. I called the owner (Adrian) and I expressed (in a calm manner) my concern that the cause of the problem has not been identified, and Quik Grow may be called again because of more problems. Adrian became hostile and accused me of harassing him (because he didn't answer the phone the first 3 times that I called). I am utterly disgusted by Quik Grow and I hope people think twice about using them.
