Extremely dissatisfied with the service. I used self-checkout, my card was charged, but the machine showed a network error. I was sent to a teller and paid again, only to later find both transactions went through, meaning I was charged twice. I reported it immediately and was told the refund would take two days. It hasn’t happened. On follow-up, I was told to come into the store on a working day with my bank statements, meaning I must take time out of my day, incur travel costs, and fix their mistake myself. Only after pushing was I allowed to send it via email. This reflects poor service and zero accountability. If you shop here, expect self-checkout tills that don’t work, double charges, and being without your money for at least seven days while you’re forced to resolve their error yourself.
