I did and they all went to stoploss. And I did set the TP to TP1.

Those last 25 were my own attempt to try and help myself.
You're not obviously there to help otherwise I wouldn't have been here writing a bad review. Its been how long since last I even wrote to support?

And my issues remained with no result but my bank account being drained every month and I have mothing to show for it.

I have better things to do than to complain or write reviews so generally I don't. But this is just unacceptable.

I understand the markets and trading is a skill that is not easy to learn because its probability based and not factual or predictable at all, but paying an institution monthly because they promise to try and help you develop or improve the skills needed to navigate the markets and then they do nothing but give you classes on basic stuff and then leave you to fend for yourself if you can't attend a class and have questions or difficulties then you must sort yourself out.

Haven't received any communication beyond this last reply from "Quicktrade team" .

Its not just the trades from the signals thats the issue. I know how to use Metatrader and i'd be able to figure out any other platform easily. I know how to open and close trades on multiple markets. My struggle isnt learning to add an EMA or an RSI to a chart.

My problem is I have no strategy or skills to to to make profitable trades. Therefor I was hoping to at minimum rely on the signals.

After paying years to Quicktrade I have nothing to show for it when asking assistance I get a response like these above. Vague 1 liners and stating someone will contact me.

Even if he did try phoning and the lines had issues for whatever reason. You have my name, surname, ID number, email, proof of address and banking statement.

What happened to sending an email? Or a watsapp? Or an sms? Or even a letter in the mail (shout out to postnet for improving their service) .

But nothing. So your best attempt is a phone call and shoulder shrug while saying you tried.

Might as well be called ANCtrade. Just taking peoples money and delivering on nothing.

And they won't just end the contract and let you at least have your monthly cash, no they'll still take your money cause thats how much they care.

Top comments for this place don't even state they make money, they just say thank you for service. So who actually does make money? . . . Only Quicktrade! Thats right.

I wasn't going to reply but I hope other people take the time read this so that they know not to fall for this and rather look somewhere else for assistance to grow their money. Here it only gets taken.
