They took all my money saying it was a technical error

Hi was any one affected or the 4th with USDZAR,apparently I traded that night and got 40k then in the morning they called me and said the money I got was under technical error and they will take it back I asked why and what they said was it was I got that money under error I asked how was that possible because I was entering the trade and take profit,I asked if I lost would they have given it toe back they said yes which was a lie,then because I trade at night they started limiting me on USDZAR and what I was seeing was (only closing positions allowed ,so if I was a technical error I guess alot of people could have been affected, on the 5th Oct 2022 when I woke up they had taken all 33000 and because I had moving trades all were automatically closed because of margin level so I lost everything that's how mad iam they ****** me ,I don't know if any one was also affected, or if you go to casino when you win they come and say we taking that money back because of technical error this is not fair.
