Difficult profile creation. Account 215891
The site specifies that an account can be activated within minutes. I am really struggling to get my FICA documents uploaded as your system hangs or does not completely see it. My internet speed is 900meg up and down. I need to make a deposit to start trading and wanted to use the live chat on your site, but that also was at a loss, then a message of cookies came up. We will see how it goes in future but this has been quite a difficult experience thus far.
