+24k down the drain and worse off than when we started

Please do not allow these people to do any work on your property! In August 2024, we got into contact with Andre Strydom of Quicksilver Projects [PTY] LTD ,CK number: 2020|767 436|07, address 1 Ladanna Court Outspan rd,south hills. He ended up doing some repairs on our roof and rubber painting it. After he was done "repairing" the roof, it rained and we noticed that we were getting water damage in our ceilings(lounge, dining room,kitchen, corridor, and 2 bedrooms) a problem we didnt have before. He changed all the nails on the roof and sealed and rubber painted it, yet we are getting rain coming in from everywhere he worked on, this problem didnt exist before him. So I messaged him immediately about it and he said he would come fix it , a year later and still no repairs and +24k down the drain and a bigger problem than we started.

We only decided to contract him because he was recommended by a family friend but when he started it all went south, he would leave his workers here and say he was going to another jobs site and then upon returning he smelt of booze and made us ladies feel extremely uncomfortable and alot more I could mention. All together our experience with him was horrible and he is the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. Ive kept quiet but looking at all the damage thats happened since his been here. Ive decided I would rather warn everyone about him. I always feel bad for people because we are all trying to live but this is just something else.
