Motorcycle issues and after sales

Good Day Everyone, I would like to take this opportunity to show you what we have been through with a company called Quickshift Katay Qsp. December 2021 we purchased a motorcycle from them cash, We took delivery of the Motorcycle 22 December. We have raised several major issues with owner Paul Andray Perufsky as well as his sales team. We received a temporary road license as they busy with the paperwork and promised to have it in the first week of them opening their doors, We went to follow up on the papers and they have not done anything the temporary license expired 12 Jan 2022, instead of renewing it because they never processed it they **********ly updated it with a black marker to 22 Jan, My wife recorded this. I asked the sales person how did this motorcycle even pass road worthy and he said it did. so i mentioned to him the front brakes were locked up, the pads were finished, needed to replace it, the adjustment of the chain was offset badly. the shocks were not working, NO REBOUND, the tyres were completely finished and outside their lifetime. They serviced the bike before we collected as part of their PDI inspection. These photos talk for themselves, There is no after sales support, they refuse to take my calls. How do i deal with these guys im already down R4000 for parts and labour costs to make it drive able. Stay away from Quickshift Katay Qsp they dont deserve to have customers.
