Quicksell app does not give you what is included in the premium version

This app offers reseller option included in their premium package - I specifically bought the app for that and then once paid for I get told I have to pay additional fees for the resellers They are ******** as why is it included in the premium version - so they took R 2899 of my money and I have nothing I will continue taking this on until they refund me, which they refuse to do
