Please change the way you operate and deliver when promised

I did business with this lady. At first she was a bit slow but finally posted my ad on her platform.

More recently I paid her R199 for 2 reels as part of her "Wednesday Special" but after paying her she made promises to deliver and did not. Even when I got pretty upset, she could only tell me about her personal life, which is not professional.

I am minus R199 and no reels. I ultimately blocked and reported her, as while I am sure that she is not a ****mer, it is ******** to take money and not deliver. Excuses are not acceptable.
