Quickprint Bree Street not so Quick

If you're looking for professionalism avoid this place like the plague. They neglected to mail a quote after we went in two weeks ago (we got a quasi-quote written by them on the back of their business card), when we went back today to collect another order we enquired about these other items we were awaiting the 'so-called' email quote on....only to be told it's too late in the year to print now........ this was never imparted on previous enquiries and they then had the audacity to ask us why we didn't remind them to mail the quote?on the order we were collecting today, tshirts - we got an email saying the order was ready last week when it actually wasn't and still had to be processed. Frankly they are incapable of helping themselves out of a paper bag! The upshot, found a new printer who is polite, helpful and on top of what they are doing, only sorry we didn't find them sooner, 'strange' they are able to print at this time of year but Quickprint can't even get to managing quotes and orders ?? use at your peril and frustration.
