Stay away from this company

I was charged for a dishwasher pump replacement that did not take place. After doubting the work, I had the manufacturer’s authorised service agent inspect the machine, and they confirmed nothing had been replaced. They also confirmed that if a new pump had been installed, corrosion could not have developed in such a short time.

When I raised this with the company, they contradicted themselves, blamed “corrosion,” and refused a refund instead of taking responsibility. No proof of replacement was ever provided.

Charging for work that was not done and then deflecting blame onto the client is deceptive and dishonest. This company does not operate transparently and cannot be trusted. I strongly advise others to avoid them.
