Xcover-Nightmare!

Please be careful when buying tickets on Quicket and purchasing insurance on the tickets ,I recently bought tickets for a market and was unable to attend due to my daughter getting sick on the Sat morning ,we choose to self-medicate her and didn’t take her to a Dr and because of this our claim was rejected ,The insurer is a 3rd party Australian company selling products on Quikets platform(you cannot contact them ,they contact you =reflag!) and rejected it due to the fact that we didn’t supply a medical certificate .They have mandatory docs needed in order to approve a claim. However, we cannot always produce these and does that mean its automatically rejected? I paid the insurance amount based on the fact that should we be unable to attend we could get the value back I mean you purchase tickets knowing you want to attend and don’t expect too not ...

Anyway, just be careful who you decide to choose there almost never want to honour their side of the agreement ...

Quicket as a south African company should also always have their customers interest protected if they want to be a reputable company.

Now days I rather buy tickets at the door.
