Underhanded website process

When going onto the Quicket website, you can buy tickets without logging in or through logging in. If you select to buy without logging in i.e. anonymously, AFTER YOU HAVE PAID, they tell you that you cannot access the tickets without registering and completing your customer details on their website, giving your name and ID number.

Essentially they are holding your randsom for your details that fall under the POPI Act while you are under the impression that the transaction will be anonymous.

Extremely underhanded. I wonder how legal that process is.
