the worst customer service

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Was on a call with a Quicket employee, who then just left the phone and left me hanging for minutes!!! I asked so many times if the person on the call was still there but received no reply. Didn’t even have the decency to say hold on.
