Refund Quickset after I bought insurance - nowhere to be found!

I bought and paid for event tickets for June 14-16 and BOUGHT insurance with Quikset in case of cancellation. The event was cancelled and move to October. I cannot attend and have asked for my refund to be processed. I'm having all sorts of trouble with Quickset not that they owe me money.
