Quicket and Booking Protect refund ****

The event I paid to attend got canceled so instead of offering a refund to the ticket holders, they just changed the headliners for the night and didn't give me the option if I wanted to still attend or not. I do not want to go anymore because it is no longer the event I was promised.

Furthermore, I did pay extra for the refund option in case such a thing happened. The refund is managed by a third party "Booking Protect" which apparently (This was not stated beforehand) only gives refunds for legitimate reasons such as pregnancy, illness, death, fire... etc for which if you select one of those options you have to provide official letters of proof. I would NEVER have got the refund option had I known this.

I just feel cheated. Now I either lose my money or go to an event I never willingly paid to attend. So frustrated with this stupid system.
