Good Afternoon, The following are my comments on the Heidelburg Train Race today 28/09/2024 This was the most badly organised event I have ever attended. • There was poor communication to ticket holders about the days events and directions to the different venues. • There was no organised traffic and access control. • The station venue was badly controlled with children sitting on railway lines with the train approaching. • People were standing at the edge of the platform with the train moving through. • There were no refreshments available at the station. • The times were confusing and where was the train race as advertised. • There was very little food available at the airport. • Parking and directions to the parking area was a disaster with cars having to turn around in a narrow area to go back to the entrance area as the Marshalls had directed the “ticket” holders in the wrong direction. • A few cars and bikes were in a central area with some bikes and cars parked amongst the stalls.

I will not attend another function at this venue, and this was a general feeling amongst the people who also left early. General comments were that it was a waste of time and money. Roger Rouessart
