PURCHASE STRESS QUICKLY RESOLVED
My browser froze during the purchasing process and the funds had already left my account. I checked my upcoming events and they were not updated, a quick email to the support team reassured me. The response was immediate and the follow up great, I was emailed the tickets as an additional measure as well.
