No refund despite insurance

No refund despite insurance! Shocking service. We booked for a concert in Skukuza in the Kruger Park only to find accommodation at Skukuza is sold out. I'm 70 years old and you cant drive late at night anyway in the park. Despite taking out insurance on these tickets, it seems this isn't a good enough reason for a refund! We've since booked through a private lodge that's hosting the same event the following night, all inclusive in their package. We expect a refund from Quicket!
