Never purchase on the Quicket Website again!!!

I am still waiting for my refund from Quicket for the Bollywood Big 5 concert that was canceled in June 2023. It is nearing a year and still no refund I have also approached the S A Consumer ombudsman await finalization. The show sponsors don't reply to emails, and quicket says they have nothing to do with it. @Quicket I paid for the tickets on the Quicket website, that would mean you have my money. Interesting is how they hide behind t&c’s and fine print when they need to honour a claim for something that Quicket advertised and I paid on a Quicket website.
