I would not recommend Quicket!
I tried to purchase tickets via their website for an event. I selected the family bundle: buy 3 get 1 free, but the website was not taking the free ticket into account and I would’ve had to pay for the “free” ticket if I had completed the transaction. I tried to contact them via email and received no response. Terrible service!

I have checked the way the organiser had set up the ticket and I do see a discount was built in but I can see how it might be confusing. We will have a chat to the organiser and get their thoughts, as well give them a few pointers on how to display this clearer.
