Cancellation Fees Quicket

If the event organizer is cancelling the show why is Quicket charging us cancellation fees when during this time every airline and B&B are offering refunds with no cancellations. This is unfair to consumers and is *****ing peoples money. And they charge you a cancellation fee per ticket you purchased!!!!
