Bad experience once again with Quicket
I have been trying all day to make a booking for the Mzanzi Orchestra concert on 12 August 2023 in Cape Town. I was unable to insert my credit card number in the window provided for this purpose. A phone call to Quicket produced a request that I supply the operator with all my card number details, including those on the back of the card. This means I would place my account at severe risk, and I regard the request as unreasonable and unacceptable. No other solution was offered -- I was merely told to try later. I did, with the same result. This is the umpteenth time I have found Quicket worse than useless.

We do strive to assist people over the phone, so that we can try to spot what the error could be and advise further from there - we do not have access to your 2 factor authentication so that part is still safely with you. I do see that event has other payment methods you could try? Snapscan, Zapper and instant EFT. Please do try again using another method and if you are still not coming right, please let us know so we can give you a call to try to help you secure those tickets.
