Quickbooks Online will cost you money

Quickbooks has lost my information online and can not retrieve it. They do not have a support team to assist me. SARS is breathing down my neck and they can not help me. This has been going on for nearly two months. I have contacted the owner Sasan Goodarzi but he is obviously a reflection of his company.
