Quickbooks Online

Every couple of weeks it takes half a morning to log in, some days you can log in and then that's it- no possibility of quoting or invoicing, you can see everything you just can't do anything with it. The support is beyond pathetic - and speaking to a human so that you can explain the situation (I am not an accountant I don't speak their language for online help) is not an option, if you can find a number and then someone to answer takes hours and days !
