Nothing "Quick" about Quickbooks

Does Quickbooks online even have a support or engineering team???? I don't know where they got the "quick" from in Quickbooks. It takes forever to get anything resolved. I guess thats what happens though when you have the monopoly. You couldn't really be bothered with the small, independents who contribute a minimal MRR.
