Non existent service

We have tried 6 times to upload our data. Tried their online help who are no help at all. Absolutely useless. Could not get help on 30 day trial unless you paid, and once you paid they are pathetic. They tell you to phone the UK. Can't even answer a basic question. Moving to another accounts package.
