Free trial does not exist

Don’t get caught !They advertise for you to sign up for a free month trial but after that month they have taken 2 months subscription for something I did not use. I tried to send emails and there is no one to contact Eventually I went in and found a phone number and then went online logged in and now they said it’s cancelled.I lost 2 months !!and never used it I just hope that I don’t lose another month !This is like ***** to me
