Oh My Gosh !! DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY !!! Useless doesn't begin to describe the support that is provided by these imbeciles.. seriously. We've used the Desktop version for 10 years and it's great... dipped a toe into migrating to On Line and what a nightmare... we'll stay with Desktop and when that has had it's day we'll find another accounting package but definitely not Quickbooks.
