Bad backend and backup support from Quickbooks online

I have been using Quickbooks for a few years now. I have had an issue that my reoccurring invoice will not send out anymore. Its been almost 3 months now and all they can tell me is its with the Engineers. That's when i send i 100 mails off or make 100 calls to find out what's happening. They don't even bother to get back to you. But believe me when i tell you they still taking my money every month.case number ***
